SHE LEADS EFFORTS TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH SYSTEM'S CULTURE OF INCLUSION, THE DEVELOPMENT OF BEHAVIORS THAT EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AT ALL LEVELS, AND THE PROMOTION OF THE SYSTEM'S EXTERNAL REPUTATION AS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK. JEANETTA BRINGS MORE THAN 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, MOST RECENTLY SERVING AS VICE PRESIDENT AND GLOBAL CHIEF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION OFFICER FOR ABERCROMBIE & FITCH. IN 2004, SHE FOUNDED STRATEGIC HR ADVISORS, A MANAGEMENT CONSULTING AND EXECUTIVE COACHING ORGANIZATION SHE STILL LEADS TODAY. JEANETTA IS ALSO A VETERAN OF THE U.S. ARMED FORCES.

BEFORE BEING NAMED PRESIDENT IN 2020, HE HELD SEVERAL ROLES IN FIFTH THIRD'S SENIOR LEADERSHIP. HE JOINED FIFTH THIRD IN 2015 AS CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER AND IN 2018, WAS NAMED HEAD OF CONSUMER BANK, PAYMENTS AND STRATEGY. IN DECEMBER OF 2020, FIFTH THIRD ANNOUNCED ITS $2.8 BILLION COMMITMENT IN LENDING, INVESTMENTS, FINANCIAL ACCESSIBILITY, AND PHILANTHROPY TO ACCELERATE RACIAL EQUALITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION.

IN JANUARY 2021, BARBARA BECAME THE PRESIDENT & CEO OF OHIO NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES AND IS THE FIRST WOMAN AND PERSON OF COLOR TO HOLD THIS POSITION SINCE ITS FOUNDING IN 1909. SHE JOINED THE COMPANY IN 1997 AND STEADILY ROSE IN A VARIETY OF EXECUTIVE POSITIONS, MOST RECENTLY AS THE 11TH PRESIDENT & COO. SHE HAS RECEIVED NUMEROUS AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS AND IS VERY ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY, SERVING AS A MEMBER OF THE CINCINNATI REGIONAL BUSINESS COMMITTEE AND EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COUNCIL. SHE IS VICE CHAIR AND BOARD CHAIR ELECT OF THE UNITED WAY OF GREATER CINCINNATI AND A MEMBER OF SEVERAL OTHER BOARDS, INCLUDING THE CHRIST HOSPITAL HEALTH NETWORK.

DEBBIE JOINED THE CHRIST HOSPITAL HEALTH NETWORK IN 1987 AS A STUDENT NURSE AIDE AND THEN CRITICAL CARE NURSE. OVER THE FOLLOWING 25 YEARS, SHE PROGRESSED THROUGH A WIDE RANGE OF LEADERSHIP ROLES INCLUDING CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER, DIRECTOR OF CRITICAL CARE, CHIEF NURSING OFFICER, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, AND CHIEF HOSPITAL OFFICER. PRIOR TO BECOMING PRESIDENT AND CEO, DEBBIE SERVED AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER FROM 2014 TO 2020, OVERSEEING HOSPITAL OPERATIONS ACROSS THE NETWORK AND LEADING MAJOR INITIATIVES, SUCH AS THE $280M TRANSFORMATION OF ITS CAMPUS INFRASTRUCTURE. OVER THE PAST YEAR, SHE HAS LED THE ORGANIZATION THROUGH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND A FIVE-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN.

ELLEN IS THE PRESIDENT & CEO OF GREATER CINCINNATI FOUNDATION (GCF), WHERE SHE AND HER TEAM HAVE INCREASED NET ASSETS BY 40% AND DOUBLED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS. WITH A LASER FOCUS ON CULTURE AND STRATEGY, SHE HAS LED THE CHARGE TO INVEST MILLIONS IN THE ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN AND PEOPLE OF COLOR, ALIGNING ALL THE FOUNDATION'S ACTIVITY TO ENSURE GREATER RACIAL EQUITY AND GROWTH POTENTIAL FOR THE GREATER CINCINNATI COMMUNITY. LAST YEAR, GCF ANNOUNCED THE EXPANSION OF ITS FOCUS TO ADVANCE JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS THROUGH ITS NEWLY FORMED FUND FOR RACIAL JUSTICE WITH AN INITIAL COMMITMENT OF $5 MILLION. AARON IS THE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES FOR NETFLIX ANIMATION STUDIO WHERE HE WORKS WITH LEADERS TO BUILD THE LARGEST ANIMATION STUDIO TELLING THE MOST AUTHENTIC AND DIVERSE STORIES. IN JUNE 2020, AARON WORKED WITH NETFLIX TO MOVE $100 MILLION OF THE COMPANY'S CASH HOLDINGS INTO BLACK-OWNED BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS SERVING BLACK COMMUNITIES TO SPUR ECONOMIC GROWTH AND ADDRESS THE RACIAL WEALTH GAP. IN ADDITION TO HIS DAY JOB, HE SERVES ON THE BOARDS OF THE ATLANTA MUSIC PROJECT, THE PEOPLE CONCERN, AND UNICEF USA. AS CHIEF DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION OFFICER, MARDIA DEVELOPS AND DIRECTS PROGRAMS THAT INCREASE WORKFORCE DIVERSITY, IMPROVE EQUITY IN HIRING AND EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES, AND ENSURE AN INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE FOR ALL SWEDISH CAREGIVERS AND PROVIDERS. SHE ALSO CO-LEADS THE NEWLY CREATED OFFICE OF HEALTH EQUITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION WITH THE CHIEF HEALTH EQUITY OFFICER TO DRIVE INITIATIVES THAT WILL DISMANTLE SYSTEMIC RACISM, REDUCE BARRIERS TO HEALTH CARE ACCESS, AND IMPROVE HEALTH EQUITY.
